PADDOCKS PATENT (TUESDAY)

15:50 Lingfield Park

We start our day’s previews with a Class Six race over ten furlongs on the polytrack.

This looks a wide open affair with a few of these with claims. The early favourite Legal Shark steps up to this trip after a good win over a mile here last month but he’s is now seven pounds higher from that run and was a beaten favourite last time out.

Glennten seems to save his best for this track and is very consistent at this level; he should  make the frame once again today but there is another starting who looks more dangerous.

Frantical hasn’t been anywhere near the form he showed when winning a maiden race this time last year but this drop in class is more likely to suit and with Dettori on board is always an added bonus, this race does look set up for him to take this.

Rakaan is another to note as he’s another that can pop up from time to time and also won over course and distance back in March from an eight pound higher mark.

16:20 Lingfield Park

We stay at Lingfield for our second preview a ten furlong handicap.

Lady Lunchalot has won four times over course and distance and has every chance today to go in again today; she looks to be on a winning mark but seemed to fade quite badly in the final furlong over course and distance last time out.

Speculator is another previous course and distance winner after winning last time out where he finished very strongly but he’s been raised four pounds for that win and may just struggle today.

Jazri has placed twice around here in the past four months and but that was from a mark 8 around 50 and is currently racing 8 off a mark of 64 today so looks a little to high in the weights.

Midas Haze may not have the form to give you any confidence in her but she’s been competing in much better company than this and looks a big contender if repeating any of her last runs especially with the back in form Spencer on her back.

20:10 Kempton Park

We head to another polytrack course for our final preview a Fillies handicap over a mile.

Fly was very impressive on her debut as she completely missed the start and looked to be well beaten but she didn’t stop and chased the leaders in the final furlong to grab the win; she looks like she could be something very good and maybe worth sticking with on her handicap debut.

Song Of Norway tends to do most her racing over six to seven furlongs so to see her taking on this distance again us a real surprise but if she progress in the right direction she could go close here today.

Bella Lulu was well supported last time out but she showed no impression at all in the final furlong on her handicap debut but could be one to watch if getting back to her old form.
