14:20 Haydock Fantasy Keeper seemed to relish the soft ground when scoring on his handicap debut at Nottingham last time and Michael Appleby’s charge looks the safe bet here considering it will almost certainly be soft again. Slightly up in grade today further improvement is necessary but the booking of Moore looks a positive and as such he is handed the vote. Pennsylvania Dutch hasn’t been seen since winning on his racecourse debut here last September, fairly impressive that day he could easily be good enough to land this though he’s entitled to need the run. FANTASY KEEPER (WIN) – NAP

14:55 Haydock Despite this looking a fairly warm contest on paper the reality is that most of these are hit and miss sorts who don’t win as often as they ought to. Major Pusey is the only last time out winner amongst these and is perhaps the best starting point, still fairly treated he ought to be competitive but he has never backed up a win before. Snap Shots, Eccleston and Handsome Dude are entitled to go well but a speculative vote is handed to the bitterly disappointing Eltezam who drops in trip and returns to the only venue he’s scored at. ELTEZAM (E/W)

15:10 Chester Khamaary backed up her debut win at Redcar with a devastating performance at the same venue last month and it would take a brave punter to bet against her recording a hat-trick here. Likely to go from the front today she deserves to go off favourite though you wouldn’t be absolutely certain she’d handle this track. Casimiro travelled smoothly from the start and made no mistake when easily accounting for her rivals at Lingfield, this demands much more but she could have this run to suit and she can cause a minor upset. CASIMIRO (WIN)

15:30 Haydock Ajman Princess looks to have turned a corner this term and readily swept aside her rivals at Goodwood last time, re-opposing pair Dubka and Chinoiseries look to be up against it trying to reverse that form so rather than over complicating things a chance will be taken on Roger Varian’s filly going in again. Bateel has been called plenty of names in her time despite being a winner of nearly half of her races to date, now trained in France she will have no problem with the ground and looks the one most likely to pounce should the jolly flop. AJMAN PRINCESS (WIN)

15:40 Newmarket Nakeeta bounced back to form when finishing a fine second at York last time, given plenty to do that day it is hardly surprising Dettori has been booked today though he is beginning to look high enough in the weights. Jaameh came from off the pace when scoring in good fashion at Chester last time and looks potentially well handicapped given he only received seven pounds for that. Hot Beat and Lord Yeats make appeal and are in good heart but Byron Flyer received a torrid run when behind Jaameh last time, he is much better than the bare form of that and he looks the value call. BYRON FLYER (E/W)

16:05 Haydock Breton Rock arguably produced a career best when finishing a fine third in the Group1 Lockinge at Newbury last month, proven over todays course and with no ground worries it really would be disappointing if he failed to build upon that mighty effort and he has to be respected. Mitchum Swagger likes it here and has some form that puts him right upsides with the best of these, he has however been woefully out of form and is a risky proposition now. So Beloved is infuriatingly inconsistent and another who is hard to trust, he will no doubt bounce back before long but like a few others couldn’t be trusted to here. Jallota and Growl have bits and bobs to be recommended on but Breton Rock cannot be opposed. BRETON ROCK (WIN)
