Although it’s far away from the glitz and glamour of Goodwood today’s selection resides up north in Yorkshire.
The aptly named Beverley Bullet aims to claim a success at her namesake. He ran a respectable race last time out and as he continue to drop down the weights he now resides close to his last winning mark. It’s very interesting to note that his best attempt at this venue came over today’s trip on softer ground. The drop in distance and booking of jockey Graham Lee read as eye-catching positives and despite poor enough recent form may bounce back this afternoon.
Honourable mentions go to the likes of course and distance victor Make On Madam, Heir Of Excitement and ten-race maiden Kylie Rules who all look primed to pounce if our selection fails to deliver.
