RACE PREVIEW & TIPS (THURSDAY)

RACE PREVIEW

LINGFIELD 13:20

This could get messy as a few like to lead, last seasons winner Muffri’Ha has enjoyed a decent campaign on the turf and arrives here as the one to beat given she handles this place well. Drawn out wide today it will be difficult for her to lead though if she manages to get across and at least be prominent, she would rate as a very big player. Pirouette has won at Listed level and would be of significant interest should she lead, another one that likes to lead is Khamaary and the way she battled on at Redcar last time strongly indicated at further improvement to come. Promising Run looks the likeliest of the others and is respected but a chance will be taken on Muffri’Ha proving too good.

RACE PREVIEW

STRATFORD 14:45 – (BET OF THE DAY)

This is at the mercy of Starchitect and almost entirely revolves around whether he is straight enough to go on his seasonal bow, or if he will need it. High class over timber and with the promise of further progress to come over fences it would be disappointing if he failed to figure in this grade, as such and even with the fitness doubt, he is taken to prove too good. Oliver’s Hill is progressing nicely and has won his last two races in good style, a likable type who jumps well he looks the most likely should the selection fail.
