Hot Hannah has two career wins to date, both coming over the minimum trip on ground with some cut, and ran an excellent third at Ayr last week. She has placed twice in two prior runs here at Hamilton and is 4lbs below her last winning mark so looks more than capable of a big run against some more exposed rivals.
Economic Crisis is a five-time course and distance winner and is back down to last winning mark but would have to improve on recent performances if he were to figure here, so the bigger danger looks to be Jacob’s Pillow who won last time out and although has been raised 2lbs he is still below his best winning mark and won’t be inconvenienced by forecast conditions.
