DASCOMBE RUNNER GIVEN SERIOUS CHANCE

The second race on day two sees a whole host of youngsters line up in this yearling contest at 14:25.

A case could be made for a plethora of the likely runners but it's the heavily campaigned Ever Given who gets my vote. The Tom Dascombe trained colt was thought of highly enough to travel over to Ireland to compete in a hot race at Naas where he finished a very credible fourth. Returning to English soil a repeat of that effort should see him go equally as close if not better this time around.

Korker has won two of their four starts to date and demands a tonne of respect as does the current market leader System.

At bigger odds course and distance winner Atomic Lady could sneak into the money and for punters on the hunt for ones at massive prices stable mates Perfect Glory and Cotai Class will need to improve to feature but it wouldn't be out of the realms of possibility for either to sneak into the money.
