A one mile handicap for three year olds over at Kempton is the setting for this evenings selection.
This represents a drop in class for Flaming Spear. The nine year old is a little inconsistent these days, but he’s running off his lowest mark for some time and he definitely has place claims.
Another horse who’s well exposed is Family Fortunes. However he does go really well at this course and is dropping to a competitive mark. He has to be considered an each way possibility at a decent price.
The most likely winner is far from exposed. Bonneval is in the upgrade. His two previous runs here were full of promise, he really got motoring last time and wasn’t beaten far at all. It’s seems the yard are learning about this horse all the while. Despite carrying top weight, he’s better than a 78 rated horse and this looks the perfect opportunity for him.
