Four go in this Handicap Chase and you could make a strong case for any of the Four. Rocky's Treasure returns after you could argue was a disappointing campaign last season has had a wind op since last seen at Newton Abbot. It could be the case to see if that does the trick. Kim Bailey string so far look though as if they have needed the run first time out. Will certainly enjoy the Good ground at Fakenham though which will put him in the mix. Minella Encore usually runs well from a break and has won before from a long break a couple of times before. Sam Twiston-Davies still in good form as he has been throughout the summer. However, is another horse which didn't have great success or failed to build on what he did last season Larry is or has become a very lightly raced horse having only been seen twice each time the last two seasons and hasn't achieved much in those 2 seasons so would take a leap of faith to fancy him today personally. The three mentioned above haven't been seen for a while and may need the run. So, in my mind Canyon City is more race fit ready and probably sharper for a track like Fakenham which is why Canyon City would be my selection. Won a couple of starts ago at Worcester and you could argue his last run where he reappeared at Worcester perhaps the ground got a bit too soft for Canyon City. The lowest weight in this race as well and with Rocky treasure top weighted and coming back from a layoff I can see Canyon City running a big race and would like to see him staying on certainly towards the end of the race. I just feel there are slight question marks with regards to the other contenders in the race. Which makes Canyon City a solid selection. CANYON CITY (WIN)
