Ramonex put in a solid front-running performance to win by almost four lengths in soft ground on New Years Day, and is again partnered with jockey Danny Cook who has been in excellent recent form and travels to Kelso, a course where he has a 36% winning strike rate, for just the one ride.
Katachenko will love conditions and only went down by a nose last time out so has to be considered, while Takingrisks is two from two at the course, including one over todays’ trip, and enters calculations for an in-form trainer and jockey.
