WHO'S GOING TO GET CLOSE TO EPATANTE?

14:25 Kempton A poor renewal this year and a much easier task for Epatante who won the race last term prior to claiming success in the Champion Hurdle. Trainer to the clear favourite, Nicky Henderson has trained the winner of this race for the last three years and in total has won 9 of the last 20 runnings.

I have previously described Epatante as my Shania Twain horse (that don't impress me much) however last time at Newcastle I had to eat humble pie and finally admit she impressed me.

Already looking likely to retain her Champion Hurdle crown, this race shouldn't be a problem for her and although obvious to say it she'll be hard to beat.

Silver Streak was second in this last year and looks a better horse now, Narrowly beaten in the International by a nose he wasn’t suited by hurdles being removed due to the low sun that day but still did very well none the less. He's set to run well once again but still remains unlikely to trouble the market leader.
