French Champion Hurdle winner Paul's Saga will likely go off at a very short price for this race and if official ratings are anything to go by she should win with ease. It may seem a little odd tipping up such a short priced runner but is done in an effort to raise awareness for her likely tilt at the Stayers Hurdle at next months' Festival as if she does indeed win well then the 16/1 currently available will disappear quickly.
Molly Ollys Wishes is a prior course and distance winner and arrives here on a hat-trick so is respected, although races off level weights with Eglantine Du Seuil yet is rated 8lbs inferior so it is the Paul Nicholls runner who looks to be the most likely challenger to the French raider.

Mr Washington is unbeaten in four since joining Tom Symonds and is three from three with Lilly Pinchin in the saddle. They last teamed up with a victory over course and distance in testing conditions on New Years Eve, finishing five lengths clear of the re-opposing Ballymagroarty Boy, and a 3lbs rise for that effort looks fair so I see no reason to desert them today.
Ballymillsy sits towards the head of the market however has to give weight away all round, is yet to race over this far and arrives here for a trainer struggling for winners, while Ratfacemcdougall won over a similar trip at Hereford when last seen but has 9lbs more to carry this time around so the bigger danger looks to be Crown Hill who is a prior course and distance winner who is 7lbs below his best winning mark and arrives here on the back of an agonising second last time out.
