Both Dora’s Penny and Daiquiri Francais aim to make it three victories in a row after claiming back to back successes most recently. The most likely of the two to achieve the feet looks to be Ralph Beckett’s charge who followed a victory at Windsor with another course win the time after. I wasn’t overly impressed with the second success which was just over a length ahead of the second in a five runner contest. Sure to be a danger but not my idea of the winner.
Another runner who’s had just the three career starts is the current market principle SUMMER’S DAY. Trainer Charlie Appleby has his yard in top form and although this filly won in a similar five runner race she did so in very impressive fashion. She seems to be on an upward trajectory and can add to her sole career success here in ITV’s opener.
A mention for course and distance winner Allayaali is worthwhile if she can return to the form she showed when last seen at Doncaster.

The 8th placed finish of Richard Hannon's System is perhaps a bit too bad to be true and more can be expected from him today but whether or not he has enough to return to the winners enclosure is hard to decipher.
Ever Given claimed the aforementioned race at York and Tom Dascombe's runner did so in great style. It's hard to go against the four time winner but he's had a long enough season and although I'd be shocked if he finished outside of the top four I find another runner is much better value.
Trainer Roger Varian claimed this race in 2017 and again last year so any of his runners lining up in this contest demand a tonne of respect. He sends out the lightly raced JAZZ CLUB to maintain the yards fantastic race record. He claimed an impressive maiden victory at Windsor and should improve further for that peromance. Of course this is a much tougher race but at odds of around 11/2 he looks a solid each way bet to finish in the frame.

With just the two rides on day one of Doncaster's Leger meeting yesterday Frankie Dettori is yet to ride a winner as of yet but I think that could change here onboard John Gosden's INSPIRAL. The unbeaten filly produced a demolishing victory in the listed Sttar Stakes at Sandown. That three and a half length victory looks by far the best form on offer and is the clear odds on favourite for a reason and although backing her isn't going to bring a mammoth return for punters however sometimes it's just fruitless looking for an alternative when the favourite looks such a clear and obvious victor.
The best of the rest is fellow unbeaten runner Speak who hails from the yard of Andrew Balding. It wouldn't be a ridiculous outcome if she were to maintain her 100% record but the form of her maiden win pails into insignificance in comparison to the favourite.
Of the remainder Kawida has been consistent in three starts so far and looks most likely to finish best of the rest.

The sole race away from Doncaster on ITV this Thursday takes in a class 4 handicap from Epsom.
This 1m4f race gives an opportunity for National Hunt jockeys to show their capability on the flat with this special "Jumps Jockeys Derby". Veterans Byron Flyer and Berrahri may well be approaching the end of their careers but it'd be foolish to discredit their chances entirely, especially John Best's multiple course and distance winner.
Fellow course and distance victor ASCOT DAY is unbeaten here at Epsom and although the seven year old gelding finished stone last at Bath last time out he now sits below his last winning mark and looks drastically overpriced at double figure odds.

The big race of the day is this Group 2 Park Hill Fillies' Stakes and this years renewal looks ultra competitive.
Course winner Free Wind may well be the current 9/4 favourite but she looks worthy of taking on. She won well over in France at Deauville and can build upon that group race success however YESYES is the runner I'm siding with here. She's the only horse in the lineup who's been victorious over this trip which adds another tick in the right box. This looks a much more competitive race than she's competed in previously however she's done very little wrong in her four starts so far. With Ryan Moore booked for the ride you couldn't discount the fact Ralph Beckett's runner also has the former champion jockey in the saddle. With an attractive price I'm happy to pick her to go well.
This years Oak's fourth Save A Forest has achieved plenty this season but with six starts this year may not have much left in the locker compared to her rivals.

The three year olds take centre stage in the final race on ITV this Thursday and it looks pretty open. The disappointing thing with this race is there's only the seven set to go to post so for punters looking for an each way bet bookies will only be offering two places. As such, although I do think the likes of Seven Brothers, Giola Cieca and Ataser could've made solid each way selections I have to try and find a horse I think is the most likely to finish with their head in front.
When it comes to Doncaster I think a horse with course winning form is a massive advantage so Motawaajed has a huge advantage however the grey gelding has had a long campaign and compared to the more lightly raced MODERN NEWS may just find this Godolphin owned improver too hot to handle. A lot has to be taken on trust that Charlie Appleby's runner is going to make great leaps forward but with the yard in such blistering form I can see them adding to their recent success.
