14:15 Hereford
A two mile novice chase where a few of the runners have questions to answer.
Call Me Lord is undoubtedly the classiest in the field. He seems to have lost his way, and despite being well treated in this event, is best left alone.
Red Rookie made a decent chasing debut at Chepstow. He was well fancied when crashing out at Ascot last time. If that hasn’t dented his confidence, he looks sure to run well.
A chance is taken on Calico on chase debut. His hurdle form is solid and he certainly has the physique to make a chaser. Hereford is a sharp course and this horse has plenty of speed. Hopefully with a slick round of jumping, he should be hard to beat.

There’s one horse that stands out here in a very winnable race and that’s Elektronic. He was quite eye catching last time when beaten just over a length in a bunch finish at Lingfield. It was his second start for his new yard (which does well with these types) on a track that looked a little sharp for him. If he can improve on that, this looks a great opportunity to break his maiden tag off a basement mark.
Fircombe Hall is a consistent runner who goes well here. He is most likely to chase home the selection.
Louis Treize is well drawn. He runs for an in form yard and is quite well treated on old form.
