Dubai Days won three times over similar trips when tackling smaller obstacles however has put in his best chase performances over further so may struggle with the drop back in trip here, while Pitempton Power failed to cope with an 8lbs rise when a well beaten fourth last time out so may once again prove vulnerable having only been eased 1lbs for that latest effort.
Lucky Flight finished a close up second over course and distance when last seen in December and has been eased a further 1lbs so he’s definitely one to consider, however for the winner I like the look of bottom-weight Peterborough who notched a hat-trick over fences in the summer of 2020 and although hasn’t won since he has been performing with credit over hurdles in recent runs and now reverts back to the larger obstacles off a 4lbs lower mark than when last successful.
PETERBOROUGH (WIN)

Elvis Mail is a three-time course winner who arrives here on the back of a couple of encouraging efforts since reverting to hurdles, however despite looking like the two-mile trip he encountered last time out was on the sharp side he has done all his winning over trips shorter than he encounters here.
Aurora Thunder beat Voix Du Reve and Ashington on New Years’ Day but a combination of a 3lbs rise and a change in jockey means she is 6lbs worse off this time around, so preference is for Famous Bridge who has posted results of 212 since joining his current trainer and should appreciate the slight drop back in trip having finishing just a couple of lengths behind the winner here at Kelso over two miles and six furlongs last time out, keeping on without quite having enough to get back up after being headed in between the last two flights.
