Tom George has sent nine runners to Leicester in the last twelve months, returning with four winners and five placed efforts for a 44% win and 100% place strike rate, and sends a revitalised veteran by way of The Romford Pele in an attempt to pick up another decent pot. He beat both Masters Hill and Astracad last time out and despite a 5lbs rise is still 3lbs below his best winning mark so looks more than capable of another victory today.

Emma Lavelle has had a few winners in recent weeks so Fox Appeal is feared most now dropped back in trip, while Grandad’s Horse only just failed last time out and remains on the same mark so is also respected.
