SUNDAY WEEKENDER

16:15 Bath A competitive looking Nursery to be run over the minimum trip and Tom Dascombe looks to hold the aces here with his lightly raced maiden Big Time Maybe. The horse has already recorded a number of solid efforts in the form book already and they stand up well in this company. The yard are in fine form at the moment and this looks a great opportunity to get off the mark here today so that’s the bet of the day. The main danger will likely come from the PJ Evans yard with Zain Efforts. The horse posted a career best last time out and the excellent David Egan’s 3lb claim gives him a chance of following up. BIG TIME MAYBE (WIN) – NAP

16:45 Bath The sprint series final over 5f looks the highlight of the day at Bath. Jonjo O’Neill lines up a rare flat runner with last year’s winner Storm Melody and the horse can run here off just 1lb higher. He hasn’t hit the heights in terms of form this season but a return to the scene of his best moment can see him rekindle that with the excellent George Wood claiming three so he is the clear pick. Hollie Doyle could not be in any better form in the saddle this term and her mount Dandillion rates the main danger after enjoying a super season himself. STORM MELODY (WIN)
