Bottom-weight Present Times hails from a yard with a 33% strike rate at the course and has won three of his last four, including one over course and distance. He was beaten by Lovenormoney last time out but the pair pulled well clear of the remaining runners and was only raised 1lbs whereas Lovenormoney was hit with a 10lbs rise and struggled off his new weight when last seen.
The main danger could be Overland Flyer who won by over twenty lengths on racecourse debut in January 2017 before a disappointing run just three weeks later. He hasn’t been seen since and has only run on good ground so far but arrives here for an in-form stable and stays the trip so looks an interesting runner here.
