Wishfull Dreaming won at Doncaster on chase debut but couldn’t follow up at Leicester when last seen, only managing to finish third of five. It wasn’t a bad run but he was beaten by Pique Rock who was only third in the Doncaster race so for me he hasn’t really progressed and I am not sure if the drop back in trip will suit today so I am happy to pass over.

Le Frank won well at Hexham in November but fell next time out at Newcastle. He is reunited with D R Fox who was on board for the victory but will need to put that fall behind him if he is to figure.

Given the above, I am happy to take a chance on Tetraites Style who debuts for Keith Dalgleish, a trainer who has won seven from ten in the last three years over fences at the course. Third at Catterick when last seen, beaten by two subsequent winners, he ran well for a long way before failing to see out the trip so should appreciate the drop back in trip and will appreciate the forecast rain.
