SIBLINGS TO STORM TO SUCCESS ON HANDICAP DEBUT

20:20 Chepstow

A mile and a half, 3 year old handicap is the order of the day, over the Severn bridge at Chepstow this evening.

George Bancroft looked to have been given a competitive handicap mark when making his handicap debut at Salisbury recently, but he was bitterly disappointing and can only be watched this time.

Beat The Storm has been consistent in handicaps thus far, but doesn’t look overly progressive and the headgear maybe could be a warning sign.

Polar Ice looks an obvious candidate. A typical Sir Mark Prescott improver upped in trip on handicap debut. It’s a yard that does well here and potentially this horse could be thrown in here.

The selections is another potential big improver. Sisterandbrother looks ready to relish this step up to middle distances. Stamina laden pedigree, he has been brought along steadily and has shown enough to suggest this trip could unlock more ability. A handicap mark of 58 is an attractive looking one, and at the likely prices he looks a bit of value.
