SHERWOOD AND SHEEHAN TO DOMINATE SANDOWN SHOW

Ask Me Early is a deserved favourite after winning both starts impressively this season however his price is plenty short enough and hunting for value looks to be the better option for us punters.

At a much bigger price is the Oliver Sherwood trained eight year old Dominateur. This horse cries out for deep heavy ground which he finally gets this afternoon. It will be the first time this season he has had the conditions he’s been craving and a much better performance can be expected.

Rival A Toi Phil has been backed in early markets and this classy veteran could show he still has something in the locker. He would have needed his first run last time at Kempton after 11 months off. Likely to strip fitter for his latest run but given the conditions I can’t see past Gavin Sheehans mount.
