This is more wide open than betting may suggest. Paisley Park is too short for me considering he was beat last year. You can however make a case for most of the others.

Sire Du Berlais with his excellent course record won't be out the places here.

Lisnagar Oscar last year's winner ran very well last time after a wind op in a handicap and holds a course record of 2,5,3,1.

The Storyteller is a very classy horse and is a very good stayer but is 10lbs higher rated over fences than hurdles.

Flooring Porter is the young pretender from Ireland but was well beaten by The Storyteller last time.

My selection is Vinndication. Returns to hurdles after losing his way over fences. Was going very well in the Ladbrokes Trophy back in November when unseating his rider. He's unbeaten over hurdles. The last of which was the listed Sidney Banks race at Huntingdon. The time before he even beat Champ giving him 6lbs at Ascot. Brings good hurdles form here from just 3 runs and is already rated 155. If enjoying life back over the smaller obstacles he looks a great bet here at an each way price.
