The big race on the card at Haydock this Saturday is the ten and a half furlong Rose Of Lancaster Stakes. This Group 3 contest has seen some solid winners in the past including the likes of Addeybb and Nayef.

Last years victor Extra Elusive aims to retain their title however the six year old hasn’t won in his last five starts and finished 4th of four last time out. A return to Haydock may spark some improvement but it’s hard to know what form he’s going to be in this Saturday.

Both Euchen Glen and Foxes Tales have been ultra consistent this term and both have picked up a couple of victories. Foxes Tales hails from an in-form yard and looks to be on the up but may find one too good.

The red hot favourite Real World has progressed with each run this season, a comprehensive win in the Royal Hunt Cup at Royal Ascot was followed up with a solid success in a listed event at Newbury. The four year old should be able to handle this level and continue his winning ways by making it three victories in a row.
