15:45 Yarmouth The fourth race on the card at Yarmouth looks set to be a two horse race according to the bookies. Although it’s not insurmountable for Omeros to potentially be in the mix I can’t see the winner coming from outside of the duo First Voyage and Dubara. The Luca Cumani trained Dubara aims to go one better than his second placed finish last time out but she’s beginning to be a proverbial bridesmaid and I’m hoping that once again she has to play second fiddle. First Voyage is the one I feel we should be putting our hard earned money on. A third placed effort is something he can definitely build upon. More lightly raced than his market rival he’s open to further improvement and looks a likely winner. FIRST VOYAGE (WIN) – NAP
20:40 Bath Godolphin aim to strike with the current market principle Dowayla. The Saeed Bin Suroor charge should have more than enough to dominate this seven runner race. A close second at Ripon last time out should put her in good stead and a drop back to a mile will also benefit her chances. Arctic Sea will also relish the one mile trip but isn’t open to as much improvement as the favourite. Of the remainder International Law has enough to spring a surprise especially with a course victory to his name. DOWAYLA (WIN)
