15:30 Hamilton A fascinating race with four last time out winners amongst the thirteen-strong field. Lincoln Rocks has previously won over course and distance while Mutahaady is also proven at the track and won over this trip at the first time of asking last time out. Both have been upped a few pounds and both have only won in lower classes but could get involved at likely each way prices. Gulf Of Poets has won his last four in impressive fashion and will surely make a bold bid to make it five from five, although steps up two classes off a 6lbs higher mark which could bring the winning run to an end. I’m opting for Nicholas T who has won his last two and was last seen beating a Keith Dalgleish runner who won well next time out. 19:40 Chepstow Eve Johnson Houghton has a 40% winning strike rate over the last twelve months with her runners at Chepstow and sends Fantasy Queen, who is unbeaten in two over course and distance, in an attempt to continue with this impressive record. Her 3lbs rise for victory last time out is offset by Edward Greatrex claim and the in-form jockey knows how to win this race having done so on a 25/1 shot last year. Here’s Two chased home the selection last time out and looks the most likely challenger again here, although Haulani has winning form in this class and has dropped to his last winning mark so is also worthy of consideration.
