Beloved Knight had shown very little in his first three starts on artificial surfaces, however rather predictably he managed to show much more when tackling handicap company for the first occasion here last time and this step up in trip looks likely to suit. Well housed today and with the prolific Adam Kirby booked for the ride you rather suspect connections are pretty sure he can strike off this mark and as such, he is afforded the vote. Dark Freedom had shown almost nothing in six attempts before being heavily backed at Lingfield last time, in the event he was beaten less than a length into third though that was much better and he too looks likely to be suited by today’s extra yardage.Â
