RACE PREVIEWS & TIPS (MONDAY)

19:30 Windsor Gibbs Hill was slightly disappointing when third at York last time, heavily backed and on the back of an impressive display at Wolverhampton the time before it still rates as his best performance to date and he looks progressive. Gaelic Tiger was allowed the run of the race when leading from start to finish at Hamilton and has only been penalised three pounds for that, he must be respected but there will be competition for the lead. Stockhill Diva and Croquembouche could figure if in the mood but Gibbs Hill should find this easier than last time and can return to winning ways. GIBBS HILL (WIN) – NAP

19:40 Pontefract A couple of these arrive here in blistering form, namely Black Isle Boy and El Hombre. Likely to head the market the aforementioned pair look difficult to confidently separate and both have cracking chances being in such form, they both have there share of weight however and as such we will go elsewhere. Holmeswood was slowly away and seemingly ill at ease on the track when slightly disappointing at Newmarket, progressive prior to that he is very lightly raced and surely has more scope than most of these. The Nazca Lines and Tawny Port could outrun there odds but a chance will be taken on the lightly raced Holmeswood causing a minor upset. HOLMESWOOD (WIN)
