RACE PREVIEWS & TIPS (MONDAY)

17:40 Musselburgh The penultimate race on the evening card at Musselburgh looks competitive enough but we hope to have unearthed an outsider that may have been overlooked by many. Trainer Linda Perratt tends to have her yard running well at this time of year and often bags a few big winners across Scotland and the North of England. She’s entered a five year old by the name of Let Right Be Done who, despite lacklustre recent efforts, on his best form can trouble today’s opposition. A return to seven furlongs looks more suitable and as he now resides off a very low handicap rating (he’s won with twenty pounds more weight before) has a very good chance to go close. The Keith Dalglish pair of Bonnie Gals and Quiet Moment should do well after decent runs last time and with Hitman dropping down in grade he’s likely to be in contention as well.
