RACE PREVIEW & TIPS (WEDNESDAY)

A certain wll loved flat jockey returned to action on British soil yesterday and continues with riding with two mounts at Lingfield. In the main race of the card he rides a horse by the name of The Mums but it’s worthy of note that he sticks around for another horse in this one. He’s set to clim aboard the four year old Toolatetodelegate. The very consistent filly has a great all-weather record with a total of seven top three finishes in twelve starts. She’ll be suited by the five furlong trip and is destined to go close with the main man holding the reigns.

The biggest threat looks to come from the likely market favourite in Kingofmerrows who comes from the in-form yard of trainer Jamie Osbourne.Two less impressive recent performances can be put behind him and a much improved effort is expected however I can’t side with a horse who’s yet to find his first victory.
