20:55 Kempton
The last race of the entire day comes from the evening, all-weather meeting at Kempton where Champion Jockey Silvestre De Sousa sticks around to climb aboard Narjes. Despite pretty poor recent form figures the Laura Mongan trained four year old now resides on a very attractive handicap mark. With much less weight to carry and returning to a course that’s seen her put in two of her best performances tonight could be the night that she finally claims her first career success.
Bottom weight Perfect Pastime certainly has his chances boosted by being drawn in stall 1 but at the age of ten his best may be past him.
The likes of Chetan and Multitask are certainly worth second glances based on their course winning form and are viable alternatives should our selection falter.
