Tom George has a 40% winning strike rate over the last three years with his chasers at Southwell and his runner Get Rhythm has put in a couple of solid rounds of jumping since switching to the larger obstacles, winning and placing in his two runs to date. The concern for me is that he only just held on first time round then out-battled on the run-in next time out so I’m opting for Eyesopenwideawake who stayed on strongly to win on chase debut, has winning course and distance form over the smaller obstacles and races for a trainer and jockey who are both in excellent recent form.
