Only seven runners are set to lineup in this 10 furlong event where two of the field are former course and distance victors.

One of the aforementioned duo Unsuspected Girl has been badly out of form but has great course performances to her name. Now residing on a very attractive mark she’ll need to show a return to form but with so little weight to carry it’s far from inconceivable, although a lot will have to be taken on trust.

Fellow course and distance winner Mullarkey is the one that gets our vote. Very out of sorts of late but the booking of former Champion Jockey Jim Crowley certainly catches the eye. Great course form with a win and two top four finishes from three runs here the four year old has a great chance.

Top weight Broughton’s Story, Art Of Swing and the consistent Global Wonder look the most likely challengers aiming to dethrone our selection.
