RACE PREVIEW & TIPS (THURSDAY)

14:45 LEICESTER

Creep Desbois had always looked a likely type once sent chasing and it came as no surprise that he built upon the promise shown on debut at Ascot, when following that up with a fairly fluent victory at Fakenham last time. Nudged up 5lbs here for that victory you rather suspect he needs to improve a little to follow up but his yard are going quite well, with no apparent trip or going concerns he looks the solid player here and is taken to go in once again. Crosspark is a course and distance winner who drops in class and has the assistance of Dicky Johnson, all things look set for a big though perhaps the concern would be if this became tactical. Colin’s Brother looks the other danger to the selection and it is entirely possible that he has more improvement in him, his victory at Ludlow last time looks fairly decent in the context of this but he is vulnerable to an improver.
