Trainer Joseph O’Brien often sends his horses on their travels, just look at this years Melbourne Cup. He will frequently fly horses over to England for big time jumps meetings but the fact he enters Art Nouvelle into a midweek low grade race at Lingfield is very eye-catching. The booking of Adam Kirby is also a huge positive and a return to six furlongs makes this three year old worth backing.
Course and distance winners Very Honest and Dancecase look likely players and you cannot ignore the Hamish McGonagain who looks set to go off favourite. The David O’Meara trained runner now resides off quite a high weight and this looks a very tough task with such a burden.
