Stuart Williams has his string going nicely at present and his Compas Scoobie arrives here as an improving type, down in grade and off the same mark as when third recently at Chelmsford. Drawn in stall one today it is pretty difficult to see him outside the frame and given he handles the surface and has no issues about the trip, he is taken to return to the winners enclosure. Aleef makes is tapeeta surface debut though he has shown himself to be capable before on other all weather surfaces, from a shrewd yard he would need a good deal of respect if the market spoke in his favour. Hakam looks the most interesting of the rest though it is slightly off putting that connections have put the first time visor on.
