Ballinslea Bridge put four straight seconds behind him with a convincing victory when stepped up in trip last time out. The runner-up from that race came out and won well next time out so the form looks decent and with trainer Olly Murphy continuing in good form his runner is taken to follow up with victory today.

Secret Legacy could have gone close last time out, on debut for Ian Williams, were it not for a last flight fall. The slight drop in trip should suit and he rates as the main danger providing the fall hasn’t dented his confidence too much.

Sue Smith has been in excellent recent form so La Drapeau deserves a mention, while Truckers Lodge could also improve on only his second run over hurdles.
