That said, he isn’t guaranteed to be suited by the drop in trip and was beaten by Reckless Wave when the pair met on turf last summer. Furthermore, Reckless Wave is unbeaten in two over course and distance and won by almost three lengths on first run for eight months so should be more than capable of taking the 7lbs rise in his stride and bring up his hat-trick here.
