A trip to Wales to take in the third race on the card at Ffos Las where we’re tasked with finding a winner in this Novices Handicap Chase. Top weight Minella Scamp has looked good in two of his four chase starts to date but the Fergal O’Brien eight year old hasn’t been seen on the racecourse for nearly a year and may find this much weight a burden. A horse that tasted chasing for the first time back in October was Looksnowtlikebrian who finished a very respectable second. There’s no doubt he’ll improve on that effort and if the rain continues to fall should be staying on when his rivals are floundering. Of the remainder Sutter’s Mill should have enough to grab at least a place and be in contention come the finish.
