RACE PREVIEW & TIPS (FRIDAY)

18:00 Doncaster Despite all eyes on Epsom this week we head over to Doncaster’s evening meeting where our selection is set to run in the first. The lightly raced top weight Dark Magic improved vastly for stepping up to a mile and staying at that distance is an obvious advantage. Wether he’ll relish firm turf is open to debate and as such place money is the best that can be hoped for but still remains a lively contender. A disappointing return to action saw Brother McGonagall finish way down the field at Pontefract last time but expect a much improved effort this time around. He’ll be fitter for that recent outing and with firmer ground and less weight to carry all things point to a big run. Mr Tyrrell, Fashaak and God Willing look the most likely to finish in the mix of the remaining competitors. BROTHER MCGONAGALL (WIN) – NAP
