Desert Dream caught the eye on his debut for Mick Easterby when finishing a never nearer fourth here last month. Slowly away from the stalls that day he was given a rather soft time by jockey Nathan Evans though he did run on with plenty of purpose. Now having his second start since receiving a wind operation it would be disappointing if he didn’t have a race of this nature in him, on that premise he is taken to gain compensation for his previous effort today. Golden Guest looks to be on a good mark and seems the next best.
