Things haven’t really panned out for Classic Seniority this term though he did win this last season off a three pounds higher mark and his run at Doncaster last time was fairly encouraging. Often held up the obvious worry would be trouble in the run, however, having previously scored twice in the month of July and already proven at the course and in big fields, he is taken to bounce back to his best with the cheekpieces back on. Poyle Vinnie is another former winner of this and he too is on a decent mark, he warrants plenty of respect though he has finished runner up on his last three starts and doesn’t always look entirely straight forward.
