We make a trip over the sea to take in an evening meeting from Dundalk where Clare Island aims to claim another course and distance victory in the third race on the card. Slightly disappointing this term so hopefully a return to the all weather should bring about some improvement which sees the Eddie Lynam trained runner return to the winners enclosure.

Fellow course and distance winners Duncan Of Scotland, Cappadocia and Glenmore all hold very credible chances and look the likeliest to topple our selection but a chance is taken on a four year old filly who looks as if her potential has yet to be unlocked.
