Remastered was very disappointing when flopping at Exeter last time, quite why he misfired so badly that day is open to debate though he has been given plenty of time to get over that. Hailing from the David Pipe yard and generally progressive in the main, today’s extra yardage looks sure to suit and he is taken to bounce back to winning ways. Dashel Drasher arrives here in fine form having won his last two starts, an uncomplicated sort tactically, it is easy to see him going well from the front although his double penalty will take some shrugging off. Smith’s Bay showed enough promise on his hurdling debut to suggest he has races in him, his yard are going great guns at present and a big run could be on the cards.
