13:50 Lingfield This may be a big enough field but the task at hand looks an easy one for Sulafaat. An impressive all-weather victor at Newcastle looks decent form and despite a significant rise in weight has the potential to make it consecutive victories in what looks a weaker race. If Sardenya improves for the addition of blinkers she may pose a threat and at a bigger price Retained could also go close. This being said however the favourite looks more than worthy of his spot at the head of the market and should take all the beating. SULAFAAT (WIN)
17:15 Nottingham A seventeen runner handicap might not be the most likely race to find a bet of the day but that’s exactly where ours lies in the last race at Nottingham. With so many runners it looks vastly competitive but we’re hoping a former course and distance winner can claim victory at this venue once again. Three year old Awesome Allan has a 50% strike rate here at Nottingham having won here list time last season. His last four runs have been painfully disappointing but they were all over seven furlongs so a return to five today is a huge positive. He now resides off a much lower weight than when last claiming victory and with the expected down pour likely to soften the ground further conditions should also play into his strengths to expect a bold showing. Fellow course and distance winners Ambitious Icarus and Lady Joanna Vassa are likely players as are Wotadoll and Twentysvnthlancers who also look like rivals worth noting. AWESOME ALLAN (WIN) – NAP
