14:05 Lingfield Park
We start our day’s previews with a nine furlong handicap.
Red Smart has improved on every run to date and looks fairly treated on his handicap debut; she takes to this distance for the first time but it does look the distance she requires to finally get her head in front and should go close today.
Starlight Symphony has only manage to win twice from thirty three starts but is very consistent on this surface and it won’t be long till she finally gets her third success but I don’t believe that will be today.
Enriching is no stranger at this level or distance and is one that has caught the eye for this today; he finished a good second at Chelmsford last time out and with his jockey’s seven pound claim to assist him today he looks a very positive selection to take this.
Nice Thoughts didn’t quite produce when tried on the all-weather last time out but may be more suited to the polytrack so is defiantly one to note.

15:10 Lingfield Park
We stay at Lingfield for our second preview of the day a ten furlong handicap.
On paper this looks a two horse race between Starlit Cantata and Naizah, both have a small layoff to deal with but that shouldn’t stop either going close.
The former is seeking a hat-trick over course and distance as he ran in twice back in April but is now five pounds higher.
The latter has only had three runs to date and was only just edged out when finishing second last time out; he should enjoy this step up in trip as he looked like he was staying on strongly during that race too.
Light Wave completely blew it last time out but previous efforts put him close with the two fancied horses for this, his win at Winsor was very impressive and the fact a couple that were behind that day and gone on to win puts a good prospect on him going close here once again.
Compton Mill steps up to this company once again but he’s not produced anything in which we were expecting but could still be dangerous if running anywhere near his best.

19:10 Wolverhampton
We head to the all-weather track at Wolverhampton for our final preview of the day a two mile handicap.
Lacey continues to be very consistent around here without winning and it looks like the handicapper has his clutches well and truly on him at present and it could be once again the that he may place once again.
It’s a surprise to see Lac Sacre here today as the French gelding hasn’t run on this surface for over 18 months but this maybe just a confidence booster as he’s been away from the track for a while now.
Forgiving Glance was five lengths behind the winner when finishing second last time out at Chelmsford but that was her first try over this distance and she should strip fitter for this today.
Bracken Brae has been knocking on the door as off late over thirteen furlongs but he always looked that he need further and he gets that today.
