Classic Collection ran well on his debut at Leicester last season when chasing home a fellow Godolphin runner in Four Seasons. He followed up that effort with a resounding success at Lingfield a few months later when romping home from Chicago Bere by around six lengths. He has clearly had a few training issues in the past but has the ability to go well fresh. With Saeed Bin Suroor operating at around a forty percent strike rate at present, he has to be of obvious interest here in what is his handicap debut.
Sweet Pea has a lot in her favour this afternoon as she has proven in the past that she handles good to firm ground at this track. Her winning experience over this course and distance will stand her in good stead and she ought to make a bold bid given that she receives up to ten pounds from her male counterparts. Louis Steward renews his association with the filly and they are respected. Royal Warranty has been keeping decent company of late and running consistently well. She seemed to benefit from a mid season break and returned with a good run at Ffos Las last time out. A repeat of that effort would see her in the shake up this afternoon. Adventure Seeker and Albert Bridge may not appreciate the quickness of this ground, whilst Aussie Andre is still unproven on turf.
Classic Collection is upped markedly in trip this afternoon but he remains completely unexposed. It is unlikely that his trainer would throw him in at the deep end on his first run back, so he is well worth a second look. Kevin Stott is a fast improving amateur rider who has done well for Godolphin throughout the summer. His three pound claim also catches the eye and they look likely to go well.

Start Time has improved with each run and won his maiden with the minimum of fuss at Thirsk last month. Kevin Stott was on board for that latest effort and he has once again been engaged to ride by Saeed Bin Suroor here. The form of that race has worked out particularly well with the third, fourth and fifth all coming out to win subsequently. If handling this better ground, there should still be further potential to be unlocked and he commands the utmost respect.
Sterling Work was only just beaten by the fast improving Bathos at Newmarket back in August. The Mark Johnston trained winner has gone in again subsequently suggesting that the form would turn out to be quite useful. Whilst the yard have endured a quiet year by their standards, it would not be the biggest of shocks to see Sir Michael Stoute tease out a bit more improvement and he has to rate as a lively danger. Dream Of Summer was a good second to In The Red at Salisbury last time. The form has been franked by Lord George since and with the ground sure to suit, he too looks set to be involved.
Start Time ought to appreciate this extra yardage and with the stable firing on all cylinders he has to be high on any shortlist. With plenty of untapped promise lurking within, Kevin Stott can make a bold bid to make it two wins from as many rides on this son of Invincible Spirit.

Divine Law has not been seen since finishing down the field on his last two outings back in July. Something was clearly amiss with the three year old son of Major Cadeaux on those occasions and he was subsequently given a short break by trainer Richard Hannon. Prior to those dismal efforts he racked up a hat trick of successes at this track and if fully recovered from his ailment he could look overpriced here.
Double Heaven is open to any amount of further improvement having returned from a layoff to win on his handicap debut at Sandown last month. A three pound rise may not be enough to stop a repeat and he looks a major player here. George Baker has his string in excellent order at present and Mister Mayday came right back to his very best at Leicester last time. He is a previous course and distance winner with a coveted low draw and he too could be very much in the mix.
Divine Law tends to wear his heart on his sleeve and often tries to set out and make all in his races. If allowed an uncontested lead he could prove troublesome to peg back. Sean Levey has struck up a formidable partnership with his mount in the past and they have solid each way claims here.
