O'MEARA'S ONLY FFOS LAS RUNNER TO COME OUT ON TOP

Jockey Jason Watson has ridden for Yorkshire based trainer David O’Meara on several occasions and when the pair combine they have a solid strike rate.

O’Meara sends just the one horse down to South Wales and his runner Morty should be hard to beat. The horse has been on an upward trajectory and wasn’t far away when second last time out. This time I’m hoping he’ll go one better and return to the winners enclosure.

Recent victors Moonshiner and Bama Lama aim to make it back to back wins but look more likely to play second fiddle.
