17.07 Carlisle

You Some Boy heads to Carlisle looking to complete a four-timer but he has been raised 9lb for the last win. Sutton Manor finished second to a stablemate last time out and has shown a good level of form of late and could run a place. I will side with Walk In My Shoes for Jonjo and Jonjo Jr she would appear to be on a very lenient mark now running over a suitable trip based on her PTP run. In said PTP she finished a length and a half behind the now 135 rated Magic Daze, back at 3 miles today she should exploit her mark of 100. Also, her second run over hurdles was a promising staying on third behind Love Envoi.

WALK IN MY SHOES (WIN)

17:30 Newcastle

The Horsewatchers do not often miss the mark with their purchases and they have teamed up with Rebecca Menzies with Sammy Sunshine. You would not necessarily expect to improve a horse leaving Ralph Beckett but the team must have seen an angle for improvement and if they have found the key to her, they could well have a well handicapped individual. C&D last time out winners Balqaa and Abnaa will likely head the market and on all known form they should be involved in the finish.
