Cometh The Man is yet to gain victory in eighteen runs, although was less than a length away from the winner when second at Wolves earlier in the month and a similar run would see him firmly in the mix again. He wouldn’t be winning out of turn however at a bigger price, preference would be for Lethal Angel who won this race last year and races off a 5lbs lower mark this time around. Her form tailed off over the summer but she has had a decent break since, goes well here at Chelmsford and has run well fresh before so all things considered looks to hold a solid chance of victory here.
