This looks typically competitive and will likely catch the attention of Flat fans given the race is recognised as a Trial for the Lincoln at Doncaster. On A Session was fairly useful for Aidan Fogarty in Ireland and signed off his career with that yard with a fine effort when third at Galway. Subsequently sold (70,000gns) he makes both his yard and all-weather debut today and would want a great deal of respect if strong in the market.

Zwayyan won this two year's ago off a 4lbs higher mark, worryingly that was his last victory although he has performed with credit a few times since and a revival wouldn't be much of a surprise.

Man Of The Night looked one worth keeping on side when winning a Newbury Maiden on his debut at two, he probably faced some tough tasks after that though it is still slightly disappointing that he has failed to add to that solitary success.

Tadleel arrives here in search of the hat-trick after scoring twice lately at Newcastle, Laura Pearson's 5lbs claim brings him right into the picture and his yard have been amongst the winners.

Mission Boy and Born To Be Alive have to be respected for their yard's but the vote is handed to Man Of The Night, who outran his odds when last seen at Newmarket and who has proven himself first time up before.
