The Norfolk National is the feature race at Fakenham over the marathon trip of three mile five furlongs.
The two that are likely to head the market have met before over course and distance.
On that occasion Friends Don’t Ask got the better of Strictlyadancer. I expect Striclyadancer to come out on top this time. He’s slightly better off at the weights and also has the added assistance of a second wind op and the application of cheek pieces.
Sackett and Game Line have both been in good form lately and will both be competitive.
However I think this race lies between Louis Vac Pouch, who is dropping down in class and ratings, and Findusatgorcombe.
Louis ran well last time and there’s no doubt he has the class to feature, but he is overlooked this time in favour of Findusatgorcombe who receives an awful lot of weight from the aforementioned.
The Jimmy Frost trained runner has traveled a long way to contest this event, he stays really well and under Jamie Moore can claim the prize.
